Perfect Perfect for a big family, close to everything.

Perfect for a family break This property is in a good location close to the marina with its bars and restaurants a 5min walk. We had a brilliant holiday with our sons, their partners and our infant grandson, we had loads of space and did not feel cramped. The old town and beach is a pleasant 20-30 min walk, or 10 mins by car. The villa is well appointed, exceptionally clean. The service provided by the booking agency and the local management was second to none, all very professional.

Excellent stay Great property and location for Marin and walk into old town, one bathroom between 2 bedrooms upstairs so not all ensuite also a lack of mirrors in main bedroom upstairs but overall a fantastic place to stay - the gazebo over the table is a great addition and really needed for a break from the sun

Walking distance to marina, supermarket and bars/restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to old town. Great holiday, would recommend!

30th Wedding Anniversary The most wonderful weeks stay with a family of 9 at the Ventus, The Villa ticked all the boxes, we have stayed in numerous Villas over the years and this one tops them all, Highly recommend to all and you will not be dissapointed

Beautiful spacious villa, perfect location. The villa was very spacious and clean throughout. All the comforts of home and more with so much crockery and cutlery to cater for everyone easily which is unusual with a big party. The kitchen was beautiful and so well equipped. Having maid service in twice during our stay was lovely, with clean towels and a tidy up. We had 6 adults and a 4 year old and 1 year old. Location was perfect for us as in a quiet area but close to the lovely marina area for bars and only a 20 minute walk to the beach and the old town which we did most days. We found a local taxi service 'Spikes Taxi' who would take us anywhere and had booster and baby seat all ready for us. Would highly recommend this beautiful villa as was just a perfect setting for our family holiday and hope to do a return visit.

What a fantastic place to stay. It lived up to all the previous reviews and more. There were nine of us in total (7 adults & 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Good accommodation -very clean and we had a problem with the dishwasher which was replaced immediately - you can't ask for more than that. The marina is 5 minutes walk and the old town only 20-25 minutes so ideal place if you get bored lying in the sun. Would go again any day!

Relaxing 2nd time we have stayed here, very clean & friendly. You’re 2 minutes from the marina that has bars, restaurants, Go-Karting, Bowling and a supermarket. Short taxi ride to the old town for around 6-8€, or like us you can do a mini bar crawl there (this can take a while depending on how much you drink) we usually start at the marina then a short walk up the hill and stop at the bar under the bridge looking over the marina, then about 5 minutes to the next bars/cafe’s All in all a very nice villa in a nice quiet area, perfect for families or like us a small group that wanted to be around each other rather than various hotel rooms. Great location for the golf courses Will be there for next May!

excellent,will go again Booked this villa due to tripadvisor comments and was not dissapointed... very clean and tidy.only had a minor issue and the maintenance guy was there in 10mins.. also right by the harbour with lovely scene.. 10 min walk to the old town and spoilt for choice with bars/restuarants........ 10/10

Wat een ruimte en luxe. Heerlijk! Het was even zoeken naar het 'substraatje' waar het prachtig huis zich bevond, maar wat hebben we er genoten. Met zijn zessen was het perfect, zelfs voor 8 personen een prima verblijf. Het luxe van het zwembad (tuin op het zuiden) en alle ruimtes in het huis waren super. Naast gewone handdoeken zijn ook badhanddoeken aanwezig, erg prettig. Bij de marina heb je een paar kleine supermarkten en eettenten. Is prima als je niet veel eisen stelt hieraan. Binnen een kwartiertje loop je naar het strand en oude centrum. Let op dat het heuvelachtig is, anders pak je vanuit de marina de Tuk tuk. Taxi's zijn ook niet duur. We waren er eind april, het was in de directe omgeving erg rustig, maar daar kozen wij ook voor. In de zomer zal dit vast anders zijn. In het centrum van Albufeira was uiteraard meer vertier. We komen zeker weer terug in deze villa!

Great place Beautiful villa -close to the marina and a 10 min walk to old town. Swimming pool is chilly but we visited in April so they were all quite cold. Great villa lovely area of town Lovely villa lots of room we were a party of 9 adults great rooms and bathrooms plenty crockery cutlery etc. Cleaners came in twice to change towels and clean floors and bathrooms. Well situated at marina with a few local shops and restaurants. Short taxi ride to town or you can walk too. Pool a decent size and enough sun beds for 10 adults good outside eating area too. 2 large fridge freezers so lots of room for food and cold drinks. Would recommend as a good villa for a large group 8-10 people

A fantastic villa with a great layout in a fantastic location. Great position, a stones throw from the Marina where there are some nice bars and restaurants. It's about 25 minute walk to the beach but it is a lovely walk that we did most days. The villa is laid out really well and all the rooms are a good size and have air con apart from the basement room, although it is a very nice room with an en-suit. Pool was a good size and having a games room was great. Cleaners came in Twice in one week which was great. Would recommend and would return.

We have stayed at the Villa twice. Villa has a lovely quiet location near to the Marina. A 15 minute walk along the coast with stunning views to get you into the old town. Spotlessly clean, highly recommended

Fantastic property in a stunning part of Portugal! A fantastic Villa with modern ammenities and beautifully finished. The private pool and games room is a great addition for groups. Large bedrooms with En Suite and so much space to lounge and dine. Good location very close to the Marina and around 15 minutes from Old Town which has some brilliant little eateries. If you want a relaxed holiday to Albufeira choose Villa Ventus!

Last minute booking for just two of us and very happy with the choice , location two mins from marina or a steady 15 minute walk into town . We will book again as facilities and the villa were very good.

We stayed at villa ventus 5 adults 4 children and we found that it didn't seem cramped at all. Everything was clean and in good working order. Perfect spot as well only a 20 minute walk to the centre of albufuria. Nice Italian restaurant at the marina as well so no need to walk far for pasta/pizza.

The villa was brilliant, couldn't fault it at all. There were a group of 7 us, a mixture of ages and we all loved it. The villa has everything you need, it certainly made it the best holiday ever. Very relaxing, the pool was great too. I would recommend it to anyone. It was around a 25 minute walk to the old town which we did most days. Definitely pay a visit down to the marina, we didn't think there was much down there until our last day but there are bar's and restaurants which all looked good. Brilliant villa, brilliant holiday.

Stayed at this villa for 1 wk end of July, 4 adults & 5 kids/teenagers. Villa is in excellent condition everything is immaculate. Well designed, plenty of space with great furniture inside & out & added bonus of the basement. Good maid service twice weekly with towels changed also. Good location in Marina with the town only approx 15 min walk away. Lovely Italian restaurant near the end of the marina.

We were a party of 7 adults and 2 small toddlers, staying for 10 nights. On arrival we collected our key from a safety box at the property and let ourselves in. A lovely lady from the company visited us the next morning to check we were ok and give advice about the area. The villa was perfect for us. It looks exactly like the pictures but extra chairs, sunbeds and cots had also been provided for us. There is also now a large gazebo over the outside dining table, which provided shade during the day. The whole place was completely spotless and the lovely cleaners who visited twice during our stay did a great job, despite our things all over the place! It is five minute walk to the marina with its various cafes and restaurants. The local area is very pleasant and quiet, but close enough to walk to the old town and beach, which we did every day, it took about twenty minutes. There is also a taxi rank at the bottom of the road which is very handy when going further afield. We used taxis when going to a big shopping mall (Algarve shopping, I think) and to Zoo Marine, both times were reasonably priced. The pool was beautiful and very clean, although it did have a lot of chlorine in it. Everyone was impressed with their bedrooms (especially the one with the 'secret' bathroom behind the wardrobe!) The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need, including a proper coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this villa, and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. Absolute great villa everything you need and more very clean and big. The pool and little garden area is lovely kaiser properties and Algarve holiday rentals were very helpful would recommend and book again Walk to old town took about 20-30 minutes but we had 2 children and prams with us

My partner and I booked a last minute trip to this villa. It's even better than the photos, very spacious, modern and immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking with Algarve Holiday Rentals, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the villa was beautiful!

This Villa was perfect, it was large and spacious with plenty of room of 8 adults. There is a large kitchen/dining room and also a sitting room. The villa also has free wifi which is fast and effective. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffe making machine. There are also plenty of utensils for daily use. The small utility room has the washing machine, ironing board, iron and also another fridge which was perfect for keeping the beer cold., with another separate toilet. The bedrooms are large and spacious and of modern design with plenty of storage space for holiday clothing, and when the bedroom door is closed extremely quite. In the large basement there is also another bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Air-conditioning also worked perfectly, very effective and quite. Outside is very spacious with an outside eating area, with a gazebo perfect for eating outside.stone built barbecue with some storage space underneath for charcoal etc, only very small criticism would be maybe an outside light nearer the BBQ, for people arriving later in the season when the nights get darker earlier. The swimming pool is also a good size and depth even the tallest person with us could touch the bottom. The location of the villa also suited us, and fairly private with no body overlooking us. The old town is about a 20 minute walk but that helped with clearing the hangovers on a few days. Lidl and Aldi about 40 minutes, away we walked and got a taxi back. The maintenance company were also brilliant and a small issue with the pool was resolved within 12 hours, we emailed them that evening and they were there by the next morning to sort it out for us. I would highly recommend this villa for anybody.

This is a lovely villa, spotlessly clean and just as it is in the photographs. The marina is just at the bottom of the road and there are some nice bars and a few restaurants. We liked the italian right at the end. It is a fair walk into the old town but you soon get used to it and you can watch all the boats coming in and out on the way. We didnt bother with a car we used taxis to the big supermarket and there is a small Alis supermarket about ten mins walk away which was fine for inbetween big shops. There are also some great boat trips from the marina. The property managers were very efficient and arranged our taxis back to the airport. Were a party of 8 adults and two 12 year old children. I would say the basement room is more suited to older children as there is a lack of privacy, there is no bedroom door just a screen. Our kids loved it though. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone..

Die Villa macht ihrem Namen wirklich alle Ehre! Luxus pur und eine gehobene Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen.Sehr viel Platz für 8Personen, aber nicht für 10,da der Schlafplatz im Keller nicht so einladend ist.Ansonsten ist der Spielkeller Gold Wert,sowohl für Kinder,als auch für Erwachsene!Ganz toll ist auch der Pool,auch wenn er eher klein ist.Dafür ist er tief genug und immer perfekt gereinigt (Auch 2Mal während unseres 9tägigen Aufenthaltes ).Zusätzlich wurde 2Mal das Haus gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt.Überhaupt war die Sauberkeit absolut gegeben! wir wurden von der Agentur nach Mängeln gefragt und erwähnten nur den leicht wackeligen Sonnenschirm (war für uns nicht so tragisch) am nächsten Tag kamen die Vermieter persönlich vorbei,mit einem neuen ,größeren Sonnenschirm!Das nenne ich prompt erledigt !Wir alle können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen,auch weil die ruhige Lage sehr angenehm war.Wir konnten auch spätabends noch im Pool baden,ohne jemanden zu stören.Mit einem Auto ist man schnell in Albufeira und einen nahen Strand haben wir nicht vermisst,denn Portugal bietet mehr schöne Strände ,als Urlaubstage und man wäre verrückt sich jeden Tag an den gleichen zu legen,also kurz ins Auto und jeden Tag etwas phantastisch neues entdecken! das Haus bietet 2 Tresore , das fanden wir auch nicht selbstverständlich!Die Gartenmöbel sind ebenfalls perfekt,vor allem die tollen Lounge-Liegen und die große Essecke.Es gibt auch 2überdachte Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück,aber auch genügend Platz auf der absolut ruhigen Strasse.Alles in allem ein toller ,viel Zu kurzer Urlaub,den wir alle 8, Erwachsene,als auch Kinder sehr genossen haben!!!,

The villa was amazing! We had 10 adults and one baby staying for 10 days and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The villa was brand new and had a fantastic outside living area. All the rooms were well equiped with air conditioning which was needed in the hot weather. The area it was situated in was a lovely quiet part of the marina. It meant there was a bit of walking to get into the old town but the views made it all worthwhile. The only slight downfall was the electric would trip if we had the washing machine and dishwasher going at the same time. But not a big deal. We will definately be coming back to stay at this wonderful villa!

Great stay Villa Ventus was booked for my family to help celebrate my 50th birthday. We all ranged in age from 8 - 78 and had a marvellous time. The villa was spotless with everything imaginable to cook a banquet in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were lovely with good quality fixtures and furnishings. The games room was enjoyed by young and old alike and certainly added to the enjoyment of the week. The villa was cleaned twice during our stay which was not expected so was an added nicety. It is a couple of minutes walk to the marina with lovely bars and restaurants as well as an ice-cream shop that was frequented by us all each day. We walked into Albufiera often which was a lovely walk along the coast and didn't take very long at all. We would certainly have no qualms at booking Villa Ventus again in the future and could not imagine anyone having any complaints about it. An excellent time - thank you.

Villa Ventus has 4 double bedrooms, is very spacious and well maintained. It is modern and well equipped with the added bonus of the games room in the basement. We enjoyed many an evening making use of these facilities. The representative Julia was welcoming, and very helpful in advising us on request, of the nearby beachside restaurant Evaristo that offered excellent seafood. I would happily recommend this villa, and return to it for another holiday.
