Prachtige villa in een mooie omgeving Heerlijk uitgerust in deze prachtige villa

sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage zum Meer Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Geschirr für mehr als 6 Personen vorhanden; Pool und Garten haben einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck hinerlassen; Am Pool gab es neuwertige Liegen, einzig die vorhandenen Sonnenschirmen hatten mit dem starken Wind zu kämpfen. Das Haus bietet viele kleine Terassen; da es am Hauptplatz leider keine Markise gibt, konnten wir mittags dort leider nicht essen. Die anderen Terassen und Tische waren für 6 Personen zu klein zum Essen; Alles in allem können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen; kleinere Probleme konnten wir mit der lokalen Agentur zeitnah und unkompliziert via Whatsapp lösen.

Stay at villa Katharina We arrived at the villa at 6pm and we were delighted by the villa and the location. The villa was very spacious and the amenities were more than sufficient for our 4 guests. The pool was an excellent size and although not heated it was south facing so had the sun all day. There were plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas and also inflatables to use in the pool. Each of the bedrooms had its own en-suite with shower and there was also a separate cloakroom off the main lounge area. The kitchen was well was stocked with various utensils and the bbq was situated on the terrace outside with a large table and chairs and it was well lit for the darker evenings. The games room was an added bonus and we enjoyed many games of pool and table tennis during our stay. The gardens were well maintained and the pool was cleaned on 2 occasions and the villa was also cleaned during our stay. The villa is situated in a small cul-de-sac and you are able to walk to a beautiful local beach within 10 minutes. There also 2 lovely restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the property. Overall we were very impressed with the villa and location and the friendliness of the staff from Kaiser Properties and we were very grateful to them for storing our luggage at their offices on our last day as our flight was late evening. We would recommend this villa to couples or families.

Beautiful villa Basement game room is brilliant to enjoy with family

Nog dichter bij het strand dan gedacht. Comfortabele villa met veel voorzieningen. Mooi zwembad. Pool tafel en ping pong zijn zeker een leuke extra als je met 4 jongeren op reis bent. Rustige buurt en overal dicht bij alles als je een wagen hebt. 1 opmerking: WiFi gratis, maar dan lees je dat het max 5 toestellen aankan en alles boven 3gb voor een week wordt aangerekend maar verder geen bericht over hoe dit gecontroleerd kan worden of wat het kost. Tip: messenslijper voorzien of scherpere messen.

It was lovely staying there and we’d like to thank the team at Kaiser for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely return and look forward to staying at the property again in a year or two.

Tolle Villa mit Kleinigkeiten zum verbessern Wir waren dort sehr gut aufgehoben und haben im großen und ganzen nicht viel anzumerken. Die Liegen und Schirme(ständer) könnten man mal erneuern. Unter der Terrasse ist ein offener Raum wo so wie es aussieht jeder der schon mal da war,sein Zeug für den Pool dort ablagert.Das müsste man mal drüber schauen.Was ich finde noch wichtig ist....Besteck das MUSS man schärfen lassen oder besser noch komplett erneuern. Das war es mit den "Kritikpunkten" Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen. Pool war einfach super:-))) er ist sogar im ganzen etwas größer als 10x5m.Die Sauberkeit im Haus ist auch 4,5 Sterne. Die Lage ist bestens zum Strand wobei die Beachbar eine absolute Frechheit ist! Nie und nimmer werden wir dort noch mal essen. Der Strand war klasse!!!!! Die anderen Restaurants im Umkreis von 70m Luftlinie 5 Sterne. Wir werden wieder diese Villa buchen beim nächsten mal.

Absolutely amazing ,.....simples .... We have stayed in many Villas in various parts of Portugal but this is by far the most beautiful, complete and cared for Villa we have ever had. We simply didn't want to leave, one of the ladies in the group started calling it "my house" and meant it, it really is that lovely. The BBQ area is ideal and the pool is brilliant, large private and warm ,... thank you :) Locally there is a beautiful beach and within easy walking distance two top notch restaurants, nearest O Marinheiro has a steak called the tomahawk for two to share, … if you do come here (you really should) try that ,. the meat is off the chain. The second Don Dinis is my best find on the Algarve, they served the best quality of food I been served anywhere, I don't know who the chef is but hats to you,...unbelievably good, detailed and lovingly presented, .. I would eat there everyday if I could. Logistically (unhappy driver abroad) the Villa is almost in the center of the Algarve and so anything we wanted to do was never more than 30 mins away; the trip from Faro Airport and Back with Google maps helped by the info supplied by the agents at final booking made that really simple. The agents themselves Kaiser Properties were brilliant, really could not be more helpful and attentive over everything, I couldn't fault them at all. So there it is, the first time I felt I had to tell other people about my holiday ,...I had to, ..it was that good.

Superb Villa. Amazing facilities and location, worth every penny. We will definitely be returning! Stunning property close enough Albufeira however in a quiet suburb with plenty of amenities close by. We loved the O’Marinheiro restaurant which is a short walk up the road. Amazing beaches close by which we visited a couple of the days however with the pool in the villa is more than adequate to spend the week there. Definitely try and visit small point beach which is a 10 minute walk from the villa. It is a stunning beach which isn’t packed with tourists. Home and away made the whole experience very easy and stress free from transfers to and from the airport. We will definitely aim to return next year and can not wait already.

Just had one of the best 2 weeks holidaying at Villa Katharina! The villa was just perfect! The pool was big and the location was just great! The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away! The actual supermarket is quite a trek but there is a small shop down the road that sells essentials like milk, water and beer! We visited the Michelin star restaurant which is literally round the corner and the food was brilliant! There are loads more restaurants located very near or a few minutes walk away and we tried most of them and they were all brilliant! Scoobys bar is great for kids as has crazy golf and a swimming pool and lots of little animals and a small park and that is 5 minute walk away! The best and most relaxing holiday I've had in years! I'm already checking out the other villas for next year! Thank you so much :-)

Wonderfully relaxing villa in the sun! Booked this villa for myself and two teenage sons (14&16yrs) I spent months looking forward to this trip and stay at this villa and I was not disappointed in any way whatsoever. Everything was as I’d hoped it would be. It was extremely well equipped very clean very tidy and I did not encounter a single problem with the Villa. The Wi-Fi speed was good the games room superb and between the two this was just enough to keep my boys occupied throughout this week stay. The beach is a seven minute walk down a well trodden footpath in fact the only downside probably to the entire stay was that the seawater was very cold probably simply to do with it being the Atlantic coast. I wouldn’t hesitate to book up this property again.

Our second time staying in Villa Katharina was just as good as our first visit a few years ago. This is a lovely villa with all the mod cons that you need to make it a great location to have a family holiday. The area is nice and peaceful and within walking distance to restaurants and lots of mini markets nearby to get the necessities. We did not hire a car for this holiday as we walked to the nearby beach and restaurants. .The villa has a games room and a private swimming pool.. A cleaning service for the villa is offered twice weekly and the staff at maintaining the property were very helpful for any thing we needed. We really enjoyed staying there and could highly recommend this villa in Albufeira. Mike Devaney Ireland

Beautiful villa in a lovely part of the Algarve. Will be staying again. This villa is an absolute gem in a lovely quiet suburb just outside Albufeira. The facilities are second to none with cleaning of the villa and pool provided in the price. The support of the local agents is also a great touch as there were some minor issues but they were resolved on the day. The whole group didn't want to leave and we are already making plans to come back hopefully when the weather is a bit warmer if not this year but certainly next year.

Firstly, I must say it really does look as amazing as the pictures. It is located in a nice area with a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach. There are not really any shops (That we could find), however, within a reasonable walking distance so we did have to drive most of the time. There was no drive way for cars that you can use and sometimes people park directly outside the villa so you can sometimes have to find a space on the kerb down the road, this was not a problem though and there was usually plenty of space. The villa has undergone some renovations since the pictures on here were taken so for example they now have a new cloth corner sofa which is very nice and new tv (flat screen) and cabinets in the lounge which are a big improvement on the old ones. The villa is well kept and in a very good condition and everything is clean and tidy. The pool is amazing and we spent many days relaxing outside. The company that look after the villa in Portugal are extremely helpful and very friendly so any questions you have they were always more than happy to help and on the 2 small issues we had on arrival, they had fixed within the first day. Other than that I can only say this did feel very homely and we all very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this to other people.

Had a great holiday here, didn't want to go home. Kids loved the games room and the pool. Close to the beach which was lovely with a nice bar. Only slight down side was a bit of a walk to the supermarket. Very helpful and friendly letting agents will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The location is great, it is close to a beautiful beach set in a stunning location. The kids had lots of fun in the pool which was clean and also had the sun all day long. The games room, wi-fi and TV with You Tube on kept us busy when we needed a break from the sun. There are a few restaurants to walk to but a car is handy too. Bugan villas were extremely helpful and I would definitely come here again.

We did not know this area before and simply fell in love with it. A little track (7 min walk) through unspoilt nature, leads from the villa to a nice little beach called Coelha, with beach bar / restaurant. Our delicious dinners there are unforgettable! Other restaurants and a mini-market are also located within a very short walk from the villa. Our holidays in this spectacular villa were truly amazing. It is a very cosy and well equipped villa with king size double beds (in 2 bedrooms) and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. We all enjoyed the large pool, which has sun all day, and the kids loved the large basement with ping pong table and darts. Thre is also a barbecue with nice sitting area on a partly covered terrace, right nexto to the kitchen (ideal for all meals). Pool and house were very clean and the garden very well kept. The property management staff was was very friendly and helpful. It is good to know that there is always someone you can contact. These were, by far, one of our best holidays in the Algarve. I truly recommend this villa to everyone. We already booked it for next year.

Great Value! This home was great! It was clean and had lots of space. The pool was excellent and a great beach was a 10 min walk. The 10 min drive to Albufeira was an opportunity to talk with family and make plans. Surfing at Gale beach was perfect for beginners. Solid 8 out of 10! Tip - If your dinning out in Portugal have Portuguese food at the smaller authentic restaurants ( the ones that don’t have flags from 100 different countries) trust me you will understand why, unless you like generic pop culture treats with little flavour.
